Shipping

We charge a $5 shipping fee delivery New Zealand wide.  However, we may charge extra for delivery to rural locations, the Chatham Islands & Great Barrier Island. We will get in contact with you if this applies.

As with the majority of items sent to the Chatham Islands & Great Barrier Island, you may nominate to have your delivery sent to the Chatham Islands/Great Barrier Island distribution centre.  We will deliver to those mainland distribution centres.  From that point, it is your responsibility to arrange delivery at your cost.

We currently don’t ship overseas.

We deliver on the first of every month, after payment has been made. If your payment hasn’t arrived, there is no guarantee that we will be able to deliver your product that month. If your payment is late but does arrive, we will backdate your payment for the following month.

Delivery time usually takes two to four working days, although allow an extra working day or two for rural deliveries.  

We need at least seven days notice before the end of the month for any new deliveries for the following month. If you miss the date we will start your subscription from the next month.

Deliveries are made by NZ Post Monday through Friday only.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If you change your mind about your subscription we are happy to cancel your subscription, giving back any remaining dollars owed. The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:
  
1.  To cancel your complete subscription before it arrives please do it outside of 7 days before the delivery date (the first of the month), that way we can return your full subscription.

2. You can cancel your subscription at any time & we will not charge you any more, unless it’s within 7 days of the next delivery date (the first of the month) & then we will charge you for that month as well, & will send you the product for that month. If you’ve ordered a 12 month subscription, we can return the remainder of the subscription money, subject to the 7 days before the next delivery date clause.

We will endeavour to process a subscription cancellation as soon as possible.  Once, we have process your cancellation, you will receive an email advising of any money returns that are being processed.

We’re sorry, Sage & Seed does not offer returns or money back at this stage.
